Who is responsible
DNA Mobile Content Ltd, 168 Triq San Kristofer, Valletta VLT 1467, Malta (company registration C 110955, VAT MT31824004), is the controller for the personal data described below, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What this policy covers
This policy covers dnamob.com, our corporate website. It does not cover the subscription portals we operate — Playminion, Muzicmood, Concert Player, Movingvita, Calmasoul and Goalplaza. Each publishes its own privacy policy on its own domain, because the data collected, the legal basis and the operator relationship differ from market to market.

What we collect here
This site is delivered as static files and loads no tracking scripts. It stores one thing in your browser: your answer to the cookie notice. We otherwise receive only what you send us through the enquiry form — your name, business email, company, country, the nature of the enquiry and your message. Our infrastructure provider keeps standard server logs, including IP address and browser identification, for security and abuse prevention.

Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and carry out the pre-contractual discussions you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to keep the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)); and to meet our accounting and company-law obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
§ 05
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the correspondence that follows: up to 36 months after the last exchange, unless a signed agreement requires longer. Server logs: no longer than 12 months.
§ 06
Who else sees it
Only the processors we need in order to operate: our hosting, content delivery and email providers, and the service that receives the enquiry form. They act on our written instructions under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertising networks.
§ 07
Transfers outside the EEA
The site is served from a content delivery network with locations worldwide. Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
§ 08
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. Write to us and we will answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta, or to the supervisory authority where you live.

If you subscribe to one of our services
Subscriber data from the portals is handled separately from this website. If you want access to it or its deletion, use the support contact published on the portal you subscribed to — it reaches our own multilingual support desk, not a third party.
